Educational: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. The minimum level of experience is at least ten years working within the IT discipline, at least five years experience supporting GIS applications using ESRI suite of products
• Demonstrated high level competence in ESRI products (ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server, ArcObjects and ARCGIS Desktop).
• Demonstrated developer level familiarity with ArcIMS, ArcGIS, and ArcObjects for providing automated processes in support of the GIS user community.
• Conceptual understanding of publishing AutoCAD floor plans and drawings using AutoDesk MapGuide Server
• Prefer hands on familiarity with integrating GIS .NET applications with Oracle Portal, Oracle Collaboration Services, Single Sign-on (SSO), Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and BIGIP load balancing technology.
• Hands on familiarity with Windows Operating System, CITRIX and WEB application deployment methodology.
Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance (clean background)
