Survey Sales Representative

Berntsen is looking for a high-energy Survey Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving sales growth of the Berntsen survey and boundary marking product line and be the primary point-of-contact for the national and international survey industry. Our next Sales Rep will help develop and execute market development strategies, identify product development opportunities, and be the “voice of the surveyor” for Berntsen. The Sales Rep will meet sales targets by building relationships with leading organizations in the survey world (DOTs, survey & engineering firms, and government agencies), identifying and responding to bid opportunities, and preparing solutions to address customer needs.

An applicant for the Survey Sales Representative should have:
* A strong understanding of, and passion for, the surveying industry ( 5 years or more strongly preferred ) and an understanding of GIS
* A background in sales and business development
* Personal time management and self-motivation skills
* The ability to travel regionally or nationally 50% of the time
* A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
