Provide product and service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. Responsible for managing, processing, and delivery of customer orders.

– Provide excellent customer support and ensure the successful delivery of our services
– Produce timely solutions according to customer needs and objectives
– Monitor customer accounts, manage subscriptions and ensure service level agreement
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
– Collect and coordinate customer requests with product and engineering teams
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
– Ensure the accounts are managed appropriately, upsold to and retained as customers
– Responsible for both proactive & reactive customer communication activities to maintain and grow revenues
– 3+ years of experience in working in Remote Sensing or Geospatial industry
– Strong and proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
– Relevant experience in project management
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
– Ability to interact successfully across cultures
– Strong problem-solving skills and proactive working style
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Enjoy working in a global team and across teams within the company
